Product Description
by Gary A. Koca (Author)
My first book, entitled Forgotten Movie Stars of the 30s, 40s, and 50s, highlighted the careers of 25 stars of the Golden Era of Hollywood who were who were pretty big movie stars in their heyday but are virtually unknown today by almost everyone under the age of 50. They were not as well known as stars like John Wayne, Jimmy Stewart, Cary Grant, Humphrey Bogart, Bette Davis, Joan Crawford, Katharine Hepburn, or Marilyn Monroe, but were still big stars in their day. When I did presentations on the book or talked about it, one question I often got was, "Why isn't 'so and so' in your book?" So I decided to follow that book with another effort on capturing the great stars of that era, and here it is. I hope your favorite "so and so" is in this follow-up version.
