Mr. Paul Keithley has been studying and training in the martial since his childhood. He started his trainings with karate lessons and then began to explore and learn various martial arts such as jiu jitsu, judo, kung fu, taekwondo, aikido, muay thai and other. Paul thinks that in every martial art something new can be learned and these lessons can be added to your overall martial arts knowledge. He believes that mastering various martial arts helps to become more balanced person as well as improves your chances to beat your opponent. Paul shares his knowledge and martial arts philosophy in his books. He also gives training tips to improve your performance as well as advices on specific martial arts moves.
