Product Description

by Sheldon Fei (Author)

As our workload increases, so does our heart rate. Although the heart rate rises with the increased workload, there is a point at which it does not. a person's highest possible heart rate is known as this. Because our Heart rate at i's peak drops with age, this is primarily a function of our age. If you divide 220 by your age, you can estimate your heart rate at its peak. In medical terms, it's known as the maximum predicted heart rate (MPHR). For example, a 50-year-MPHR old's is 170 beats per minute, or 220 minus 50. The difference between your MPHR and your actual heart rate at i's peak can be as much as 10-15 beats per minute. For the most part, an exercise tolerance test is a more accurate predictor of one's heart rate at its peak.

Preventing heart disease is heavily dependent on our lifestyle, which means that we have a lot of control over our own health. Improve your heart health naturally by following some home remedies. Of course, prescription drugs like statins can be helpful in certain situations. However, these drugs should be used in conjunction with healthy habits, not in place of them.
