Author Biography
Richard V. Fuller, worked at O'Hare International airport for twenty nine years as a Central Office Technician for Ameritech an SBC company, ( Illinois Bell Telephone Company, before 1984). He became a free lance photographer in 1979 after completing four years of night school at Triton Junior College in River Grove Illinois, where he received an Associate of Science in Data Processing.
