Author Biography

Chris Zervas Bio Great Communication has been a passion for Chris Zervas since he was first asked to speak in front his local Rotary Club at the age of 17. Army National Guard Bureau, US Bank, and ConocoPhillips are among the organizations Chris has helped to improve communication processes and results. His writings have appeared in periodicals and websites such as Entrepreneur.com. In 1990 Chris received his Master's Degree in Communication from Wheaton College. He then worked for a decade in the non-profit arena with communication gurus such as Joe White and Gary Smalley. Two college faculties have employed Chris' expertise in the areas of speech and business communication. In 2005, Chris began to specialize in leading corporate employees, improving their presentation and interpersonal communication skills, which impacts their bottom line. Chris and his family live in Oklahoma.
