This book was initially started a while back. I had to update it with information on today's actions from Law Enforcement Officer's, from around the country. We often hear of white Police officers gunning down blacks and you very seldom, if ever, hear of black Police Officers gunning down whites, especially children.
In some instances, especially here in Florida, even citizens are gunning down blacks and getting away with it. Have you ever heard of the "Stand Your Ground" law? Does the name Trayvon Martin ring a bell in your head? It's sad that for over thirty years in Florida, the "Fleeing Felon Law" was in effect. No matter the circumstance, if a Police Officer knew or thought someone was a felon or had committed a felony, they could shoot and kill them. This applied even if the person was running away from them. Yes, even in the back.
