Author Biography
Jenny Chandler is a teacher, food writer, speaker, consultant and blogger, passionate about inspiring others to source, prepare and eat great food. She teaches at Leith's, Divertimenti and Borough Market. Her books include 'Pulse' in 2013, 'Cool Kids Cook' in 2016 and 'Green Kids Cook' in 2021. In 2016 she was asked by the United Nations to be their European Special Ambassador for the 2016 International Year of Pulses during which she spoke on the subject at the United Nations FAO in Rome, the World Health Symposium, and the American Foodfluence Convention in Vienna.
