The mermaids on this 14 gauge nipple jewelry have come together to form these elegant nipple shields! They're made with 20mm wearable length 316L surgical grade stainless steel straight barbells with 5mm ball ends. The barbells have a total length of 1 1/2". The shield portion has a 9/16" rise and features a pair of mermaids, facing each other and clasping hands.
