This program was birthed out of my own transformation and the journey that ensued to honor God in every area of my life- spiritual, emotional, and physical.This 10 day Christ-centered detox is an opportunity to quiet down all areas of your life and refocus them on Jesus. It is not a diet program or a "detox" in the traditional sense of the word, though weight loss may be a pleasant side effect of honoring God through nutrition and movement. This detox is about honoring God and putting Christ first in EVERY area of your life- through your thoughts, daily activities, media you take part in, self-care, exercise and nutrition.
