### Author Biography

**Taye Diggs** is an actor whose credits include motion pictures (_How Stella Got Her Groove Back_, _Chicago_), stage, (_Rent_, _Wicked_), and television (_Private Practice_, _Murder in the First_, _Empire_, and _All American_). He is also the author of _Mixed Me!_, _Chocolate Me_!, _I Love You More Than. . ._ , and _My Friend!_, published by Feiwel and Friends. He lives in Los Angeles and New York City with his son.

**Shane W. Evans** is the illustrator of numerous award-winning (NAACP Award, Coretta Scott King Award) books for children, including _We March_, _Underground_, _Mixed Me!_, _Chocolate Me!_, _I Love You More Than. . ._, and _My Friend!_. He is based out of Kansas City, Missouri, and travels extensively to gain inspiration. Shane can be found in Dream Studio LLC where he creates and serves the community.
