**David Mitchell** is a British comedian, actor, writer, and TV personality, part of the comedy duo Mitchell and Webb, best known in the U.S. for the TV cult classic _Peep Show_ and the Ben Elton-penned historical comedy _Upstart Crow,_ which also became a West End hit. He writes articles for _The Guardian_ and _Observer_.
