**James Prosek** wrote his first bestselling book, _Trout: An Illustrated History_, while he was an undergraduate at Yale. Since then he has illustrated and penned many more, including _The Complete Angler_, _Early Love and Brook Trout_, and _Eels_. When he's not chasing trout, Prosek lives in Easton, Connecticut.
