**Margery Williams** (1881-1944) wrote popular children's books, including her two most famous works: _The Velveteen Rabbit_ and Newbery Award-winner _Winterbound_.

**Don Daily** illustrated many classic children's books and anthologies for Running Press Kids. He also created posters for many films, including _The Lone Ranger_, _The Great Santini_, and _Roots_. Daily's work has appeared in such magazines as _Reader's Digest_, _Cosmopolitan_, and _Good Housekeeping_.
