### Author Biography

**Corinne Demas** is the award-winning author of over 35 books for adults and children, including numerous picture books. Recent books include _The Road Towards Home_, _Once There Was_, and _Saying Goodbye to Lulu_. She is a professor emerita at Mount Holyoke College and the fiction editor of the _Massachusetts Review_ and divides her time between western Massachusetts and Cape Cod. **Penelope Dullaghan** is an award-winning illustrator and picture book maker. Her books include _The Good Song_, published by Cameron Kids. She lives with her family in Indianapolis, Indiana.
