### Author Biography

LAURA CALDER was born and raised in Eastern Canada. She is the author of four cookbooks--_French Food at Home_; _Dinner Chez Moi_; _Paris Express_; and _French Taste_\--and a contributor to _The Globe and Mail_. She wrote and hosted the internationally-aired series _French Food at Home_, which won a James Beard award. After a decade spent in France, Laura now lives and hosts in Toronto.
