### Author Biography

Mac Barnett is the author of the Brixton Brother series and several picture books, including _Guess Again!_ and _Chloe and the Lion_ (both illustrated by Adam Rex), and the _New York Times_ bestseller _Extra Yarn_. He's on the board of directors of 826LA, a nonprofit writing center, and founded the Echo Park Time Travel Mart, a convenience store for time travelers. Mac lives in Oakland, California.

Adam Rex is the _New York Times_ bestselling author and illustrator of _Frankenstein Makes a Sandwich_. His other books include _The True Meaning of Smekday_, which was made into the hit animated movie _Home_; _Moonday_; and _School's First Day of School_, illustrated by Christian Robinson. He also illustrated the Brixton Brothers series, _Billy Twitters and His Blue Whale Problem_, _Chloe and the Lion_, and _How This Book Was Made_, all by Mac Barnett, and _Chu's Day_, by Neil Gaiman.
