### Author Biography

Blake Liliane Hellman has degrees in journalism and English from the University of Colorado and a master's in film production from American University/FAMU, Czech Republic. She is the author of _Something Smells!_ and _Cuddle Monkey_. She lives with her family and cat in Seattle, Washington.

Steven Henry is the illustrator of several other books for children, including the award-winning _Ella the Elegant Elephant_ and _It's Raining Bats & Frogs_. When he's not busy scribbling or drawing, he likes playing a completely odorless guitar and working in his nice-smelling flower garden.
