### Author Biography

**Mark Hume** is an award-winning environmental journalist and author of four books, including the acclaimed _River of the Angry Moon_. He was formerly a national correspondent and columnist with the _Globe and Mail_, BC bureau chief for the _National Post_, and a senior correspondent with the _Vancouver Sun_. Based in Vancouver, he has fly fished in British Columbia for fifty years.
