### Author Biography

Mauricio Abril (he/him) is an author-illustrator who loves telling stories for kids and kids-at-heart. He illustrated the picture book _Robot's Can't Dance_ and the early readers _Yi's Journey Home_ and _Meet Everest,_ inspired by DreamWorks Animation's film _Abominable_, all from Simon & Schuster. He lives in Pasadena, California.
