### Author Biography

PETER LINDBERGH was a German fashion photographer and film director. Lindbergh shot for various magazines including _Vogue_, _The New Yorker_, _Rolling Stone_, _Vanity Fair_, _Harper's Bazaar US_, _The Wall Street Journal Magazine_,  
_Interview_, and _W_. His work is part of the permanent collections of many fine arts museums around the world and has also been shown in prestigious museums and galleries. He passed away in September 2019.
