**Nancy Tupper Ling** is a children's author, poet, bookseller, and librarian. Basically, she surrounds herself with books! She is the author of _My Sister, Alicia May_; _Double Happiness_; _The Story I'll Tell_; and _For Every Little Thing_, co-written with June Cotner. Nancy lives in Massachusetts with her husband, Vincent, and their two girls.

**Alina Chau** is an award-winning filmmaker and artist. Her credits include the Emmy Award-winning Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series and _The Nian Monster_, which received the APALA Picture Book Honor. Alina's unique cultural heritage strongly influences her artistic and storytelling voice.
