**Jairo Buitrago** is the author of many picture books, including _Jimmy the Greatest!_, _Two White Rabbits_, _Walk with Me_, and _Lion and Mouse_. His books _Drawing Outdoors_, _Ways to Make Friends_, and _Afterward, Everything Was Different_ were also published by Greystone Kids. His books have received numerous starred reviews and been included on multiple book of the year lists, including by _Kirkus_, _Horn Book_, and the _White Ravens_ catalogue.

**Linda Wolfsgruber** is a Hans Christian Andersen honor illustrator. Her best-known titles published in English are _Brunhilda and the Ring_, _The Camel in the Sun_, _Inanna_, _Stories From the Life of Jesus_, and _A Daisy is a Daisy is a Daisy_.
