### Author Biography

**Sara Marlowe** is a clinical social worker, mindful self-compassion teacher, singer-songwriter and foodie. She lives in Toronto with her partner, son, daughter and orange cat.

Ivette Salom is a children's book author and illustrator. In recent years she illustrated _When the Anger Ogre Visits_ and _Flow, Flow, Flow_ (Wisdom Publications). She is currently working on new books that bring to life snails, empanadas, and coyotes. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her family and 15,000 crows.
