**Janet Tashjian** is the author of the popular My Life series including _My Life as a Book, My Life as a Stuntboy, My Life as a Cartoonist, My Life as a Joke, My Life as a Gamer, My Life as a Ninja, My Life as a Youtuber_ and _My Life as a Meme_, as well as Sticker Girl and the Einstein the Class Hamster series, illustrated by her son, Jake Tashjian. Jake and Janet live in Los Angeles, California.

**Jake Tashjian** is the illustrator for the My Life As a...series, including _My Life As a Ninja_ and _My Life As a YouTuber._ Jake also created and illustrated the Einstein the Class Hamster series. He collaborates on his novels with his mother, author Janet Tashjian. He has also illustrated several books for the author P.T. Evans.
