### Author Biography

Tad Carpenter is a designer, illustrator, writer, and educator. Tad co-runs a design and branding studio Carpenter Collective with his wife and partner, Jessica Carpenter. Tad has written and illustrated over a dozen books intended for people of all ages, including the _I Say, You Say_ series, _Monster's New Undies_, as well as _Sad Santa_. Tad lives in Kansas City, Missouri.
