**Nghi Vo** is the author of the novels _Siren Queen_ and _The Chosen and the Beautiful_, as well as the acclaimed novellas _Into the Riverlands_, _When the Tiger Came Down the Mountain,_ and _The Empress of Salt and Fortune_, a Locus and Ignyte Award finalist and the winner of the Crawford Award and the Hugo Award.
