**Tomas Espedal** is the author of _Tramp_, _Against Art_, _Against Nature_, _Bergeners_, and _The Year_. **James Anderson**'s literary translations from Norwegian include _Berlin Poplars_ by Anne B. Ragde, _Nutmeg_ by Kristin Valla, and several books by Jostein Gaarder.
