### Author Biography

**Ben Schott** is the _New York Times_ and internationally bestselling author of _Schott's Miscellany_ and the _Schott's Almanac_ series. His first novel in homage to P.G. Wodehouse was _Jeeves and the King of Clubs._ A graduate of Cambridge University, he enjoyed a career as a photographer before becoming a writer. He is a regular columnist for _Bon Appetit, Inc., Playboy,_ and the _New York Times_, and a frequent contributor to many other outlets, including _The Guardian, Vanity Fair,_ the _Paris Review_, and more. He lives in New York City and London.
