Ariel Bernstein is the author of _I Have a Balloon_ and _Where Is My Balloon?_, both illustrated by Scott Magoon, as well as _We Love Fishing!_ and _You Go First_, both illustrated by Marc Rosenthal. _I Have a Balloon_ received starred reviews from _Publishers Weekly_ and _Kirkus Reviews_, and it was a Junior Library Guild Selection. _Where Is My Balloon?_ was a Bank Street Best Book of the Year, and _We Love Fishing!_ received a starred review from _Publishers Weekly_. _You Go First_ was a Junior Library Guild Selection, named a Charlotte Zolotow Highly Commended Title, and received a starred review from _Kirkus Reviews_.
