**Maria Hatzistefanis** has an MBA from Columbia Business School. She founded her skincare group, Rodial, in 1999, and now runs two brands--Rodial and Nip + Fab--with products selling across 35 countries worldwide, including the U.S. and Canada. She has been profiled in _Forbes_ and _Vanity Fair_, and appeared as a guest on _Project Runway_.
