**Jane O'Connor** is the author of the bestselling Fancy Nancy series, which Disney Junior has made into an animated TV series. She also is an editor at a major publishing house in New York. _Good Job, George_! was inspired by her granddaughter, who receives constant praise from her proud parents.

**Andrew Joyner** is the illustrator of the number one _New York Times_ bestseller _Dr. Seuss's Horse Museum_ as well as _Duck and Hippo in the Rainstorm_ by Jonathan London and _Bunny Figures It Out_ by Ruby Shamir. He is also the author and illustrator of _The Pink Hat_ and _Stand Up! Speak Up!_. He lives with his family on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia.
