Jenny Linford is a member of the Guild of Food Writers and author of _The Tomato Basket,_ _Mushrooms_ and _Potatoes_ (for RPS), _The Chef's Library_ (for Abrams), _The Missing Ingredient_ (for Particular Books) and bestseller _The Kew Gardens Cookbook_ (Kew Publishing). She is a writer and broadcaster whose recipes and food commentary appears in _The Times_, _The Guardian_, and many more publications.
