**Peter Brown** is the author and illustrator of many bestselling children's books, including _Children Make Terrible Pets, Mr. Tiger Goes Wild,_ and _The Curious Garden_. He is also the author of the bestselling middle-grade duology _The Wild Robot_ and _The Wild Robot Escapes_. He is the recipient of a Caldecott Honor for _Creepy Carrots!_, two E.B.
