### Author Biography

Buronson started his career as a manga writer for _Weekly Shonen Jump_ in 1972. He gained popularity with the hard-boiled action series _Doberman Cop_ (with art by Shinji Hiramatsu). In 1983, he coauthored the massively successful _Fist of the North Star_. He has also written numerous hits under the pen name Sho Fumimura, including _Phantom Burai_ and _Sanctuary_.

Tetsuo Hara began his career with _The Iron Don Quixote_ for _Weekly Shonen Jump_ in 1982. _Fist of the North Star,_ which began serialization in 1983, drew wide acclaim. In the 1990s, he released the historical period pieces _Hana no Keiji_ and _Tokugawa Ieyasu's Shadow Warrior_. _Fist of the Blue Sky_, published in 2001, ran for nine years in _Weekly Comic Bunch_. His most recent series, _Ikusa no Ko: Oda Saburou Nobunaga-den_, began in _Monthly Comic Zenon_ in 2010.
