**JOHN MARTZ** is an illustrator, cartoonist and designer. He is the author and illustrator of _Evie and the Truth About Witches_, _Burt's Way Home_, _A Cat Named Tim and Other Stories_ and the illustrator of _Who's on First?_ and _Crocodile Hungry_. His work has also appeared in _MAD_ Magazine and _The Nib_. He lives in Toronto.
