Roderick Munday is a Reader Emeritus in Law at the University of Cambridge. He is a Fellow Emeritus at Peterhouse, Cambridge. Along with _Evidence_, he is also the author of _Cross and Tapper on Evidence_ (OUP: 2018) and _Agency: Law and Principles_ (OUP: 2016) as well as a co-author of _Commercial Law: Text, Cases, and Materials_ (OUP: 2020).
