Scott is a twenty-five-year Franklin Covey veteran, recently retiring as the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President. He still serves Franklin Covey as a senior advisor on leadership, and he currently hosts the Franklin Covey podcast, _OnLeadership with Scott Miller_, the world's largest weekly leadership podcast.

Todd Davis, FranklinCovey's Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President, has been entertaining and inspiring people for more than twenty-five years, with his deep understanding of leadership, employee engagement, and talent management.
