### Author Biography

**NATALIE EVE GARRETT** is an artist and writer, and the editor of _The Artists' and Writers' Cookbook: A Collection of Stories with Recipes_ and the forthcoming _Lonely Together: 2_22 Celebrated Writers on the Joys & Struggles of Being Alone__. She lives in a town outside Washington, D.C., and along the Potomac River with her husband and two children.

**MERYL ROWIN** is an illustrator whose work has been commissioned by _The New York Times_, _Lenny Letter_, the _Glamour_ Woman of the Year Awards, _Travel + Leisure_, the _Los Angeles Review of Books_, and _Apartment Therapy_. She lives in Los Angeles and previously worked on Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally's memoir, _The Greatest Love Story Ever Told_.
