### Author Biography

**Ruth Doyle** is also the author of _Dreams for Our Daughters_ (Eerdmans). She has won several awards from the Winchester Writers' Festival for her writing for children. **Ashling Lindsay** is an illustrator and animation director. Her previous books include _Dreams for Our Daughters_ (Eerdmans), _The Tide_ (Tiger Tales Press), and _The Night Box_ (Clarion), which was nominated for the Kate Greenaway Medal. She has an undergraduate degree in visual communication and a Master of Arts degree in design, both from the Belfast School of Art. Ashling lives in Belfast, Ireland.
