### Author Biography

Candace Fleming is the acclaimed author of numerous books for children, including the Bulldozer books; _Ben Franklin's Almanac,_ an ALA Notable Book and an ALA Best Book for Young Adults, as well as _Muncha! Muncha! Muncha!_, and Sibert Medal honorees _The Honeybee_, and _The Giant Squid_. She lives in a suburb of Chicago.

Eric Rohmann is the Caldecott Medal-winning illustrator of _My Friend Rabbit_ and received a Caldecott Honor for _Time Flies_. He has both written and illustrated numerous books for children, including _Bulldozer's Big Day_, _Honeybee_, and _Bulldozer's Christmas Dig_, all written by Candace Fleming.
