### Author Biography

**James Howe** is the acclaimed author of more than eighty books for young readers, including the E. B. White Read Aloud Award-winning _Houndsley and Catina_ and its sequels, as well as the much-lauded series about _Bunnicula_. James Howe lives in New York State.

**Randy Cecil** has illustrated many books for children, including _Looking for a Moose_ by Phyllis Root, _And Here's to You!_by David Elliot, _We've All Got Bellybuttons!_ by David Martin, and _My Father the Dog_ by Elizabeth Bluemle. He is also the author-illustrator of _Gator_ and _Duck_. Randy Cecil lives in Houston.
