### Author Biography

**Christopher P. Baker** has been a successful travel writer, motor-journalist, and photographer for over four decades. His work has been featured in _BMW Motorcycle Magazine_ and _National Geographic Traveler_ and on CNN. Baker has written more than 30 books, including _Mi Moto Fidel: Motorcycling Through Castro's Cuba_\--winner of the Lowell Thomas Award "Travel Book of the Year" and NATJA Grand Prize. In his spare time, he leads motorcycle tours of Cuba by BMW and Harley-Davidson. Christopher lives in California, where he rides a BMW R1200GSA.
