### Author Biography

**Maxwell V. L. Barclay** is President of the Coleopterists Society and Senior Curator of Coleoptera at the Natural History Museum in London. He manages a team of experts and one of the world's oldest and most comprehensive beetle collections, which includes eight million specimens and about 250,000 species. **Patrice Bouchard** is a scientist at the Canadian National Collection of Insects, Arachnids, and Nematodes. He is the coauthor of _The Book of Beetles_ and is an active member of the Entomological Society of Canada and the International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature.
