**Salina Yoon** is an award-winning author/illustrator of nearly 150 books for children, such as _Penguin and Pinecone_, _Penguin on Vacation_, _Penguin in Love_, _Penguin and Pumpkin_, _Penguin's Big Adventure_, _Penguin's Christmas Wish_, _Found_, _Stormy Night_, _Bear's Big Day_, and _Be a Friend,_ as well as the Duck, Duck, Porcupine chapter book series--including the Geisel Honor winner _My Kite is Stuck!__._ She studied art and design at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and now lives in San Diego with her family.
