I hope you will enjoy this journey though the seasons and the thoughts and feelings I have about my garden, my home and the places I have visited that inspire my artwork. This book is a personal response to watching, drawing and writing about the British countryside throughout the year.'

### Author Biography

Angela Harding trained in Fine Art at Leicester Polytechnic and went on to specialise in printmaking at Nottingham Trent University. She now lives in the small county of Rutland and works out of the studio at the bottom of her garden in the village of Wing.

Angela has worked on the covers for a number of books: she created the image for the now-iconic cover of _The Salt Path_, her children's book for the RSPB has been longlisted for the Klaus Flugge prize andd her work is regularly featured in magazines like _Country Living_, _Countryfile_ and _Gardens Illustrated._

Angela's unique and distinct style has become instantly recognisable to nature lovers and book lovers alike, gaining her a huge number of fans who flock to buy her merchandise including calendars, cards, tea towels, totebags and jigsaws.
