REBEKAH PEPPLER is a Paris-based food writer, stylist, and author. She is the author of the James Beard Award-nominated _Apéritif: Cocktail Hour the French Way_ and _Honey, a Short Stack Edition_. She is a regular contributor to the _New York Times_. Her recipes and food writing appear widely, including in _Vanity Fair, Bon Appétit, Real Simple_, Food Network, and more.
