### Author Biography

**Tea Hacic-Vlahovic** is a Croatian American writer based in Los Angeles and author of the novel _Life of the Party_. Previously a columnist for _Vice_ and _Wired_ Italy and contributing editor of _Wonderland_ magazine, she's the society columnist for _Spike_ art magazine and contributes to _Columbia Journal_, _Dazed_, _Autre_, and others. She is the host of the _Troie Radicali_ podcast and the founder of _Stai Zitta_ magazine. _A Cigarette Lit Backwards_ is her second novel.
